Happy Chinese New Year!

Happy year of the Tiger!!!

My fondest memories of Chinese New Year include visiting with my extended relatives, the hong baos (red packets with money), and of course the treats! Every year it seems like they're always creating new varieties of cookies or pastries. In this post I'm sticking to the good ol' versions. Wish I had some right now!
