A picture of our Christmas tree before it was attacked by one 10 lb yorkie.  My poor ornaments are now downstairs, safely out of reach.  I suppose they were just too tempting...

I know, I know, we've only just gotten past Halloween and still have to hurdle over Thanksgiving before getting to Christmas, but that hasn't stopped me from admiring all the fun holiday decorations that are already out!  Here are a few of my favorites from West Elm.

Here's wishing you and yours a blessed Christmas!  We are happy to be spending this time with my family though we miss B's family this year.  For some reason, log cakes are really popular here for Christmas--each hotel and restaurant create their own versions.  I'll take cake in any shape or form! :o)
